If a supplier expresses the intention to have their account removed from our application, they are required to submit a formal request, accompanied by all relevant details, to the specified email address. Upon receipt of the deletion request, our pertinent team will promptly commence the account removal process, which is expected to be successfully completed within a timeframe ranging from 7 to 15 days. Subsequently, the account will be permanently deleted, with no records of any nature retained within the application. It is imperative to note that should the supplier intend to re-engage with our services at a later date, they will be obliged to complete the re-registration process in its entirety.
